Ithaca is in New York, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. Getting around Ithaca is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across New York's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

Thank you to the amazing team at Ithaca Bakery who communicated professionally via email and telephone. Provided excellent customer service when I put in a personalised birthday cake request in for my nephew’s 8th birthday. Thank you Carley, especially! You listened to my request and went above and beyond. Thank you to Julie and Carole for sorting out the payment issue we had, resolved it very quickly. The cake turned out beautifully and it was delicious. I didn’t want to cut the cake. Thank you so much for creating the cake exactly how I described it. A very happy nephew. Thank you for making our first trip to Finger Lakes area extremely special, with my sister and family visiting USA from the UK for the first time. I highly recommend this Bakery! You also have a great sandwich selection, post cards and merch, large carpark! I wish we came here for breakfast now! Next time!

Staff watched me wait 30 minutes patiently by the counter to get my bagel with cream cheese that I had just ordered from them, while consistently giving people their orders within two minutes to everyone who came after me, with no explanation. I had to ask where my bagel was, then it only took them a couple of minutes. Then they gave me the wrong order. It was such poor customer service that a random bystander who was waiting as well suggested to the staff that I should get my order for free, and the staff completely ignored her and what she had said. I do not recommend coming here. It was also overpriced. A bagel with cream cheese is not worth 5 dollars and their pre made meals and portions were also overpriced. This is a good reason why companies should not be asking for tips from people before they even get their orders. I suggest that people stop paying tips upfront from any business when prompted. The owner should re-assess their front line staff and professionalism, as well as their business model

What is this 10.00 GF breakfast? Do I need to say more? Well, it was supposed to be toasted or grilled as well. And not cause I asked them to, I just asked if thats what they do. I guess they dont. This is super disappointing and I won't be back.
